My TCR Norns   Solariana   3/30/2014  5 I am finally making enough money that I can begin saving up to get married!! As soon as I save up at least $5,000 and his parents move from their current house into their new one, my partner and I can afford to have a proper wedding. UwU <3 (It will be only 5,000 or so because the wedding ceremony will be at my parents' house - it will be a traditional Cambodian wedding to make his parents happy. We will only have to pay venue costs for the reception afterwards, which will be traditional European style for my family, and beyond that the expenses for the dress, suit, etc.) At this rate, I should have 5,000 dollars in just about six months. ^w^ so, as long as his parents are moved out within the next half a year, that will be a possibility for us! We aren't formally engaged or anything, but we've been talking openly and excitedly about this for a long, long time now, so i'm really happy about this new possibility. ^^ Drawing today!   Jessica     3/30/2014  1 Congratulations! After nearly a month of feeling low and missing my boyfriend like crazy, I'm finally on the up! It's my birthday tomorrow, and this year I actually have a reason to celebrate; I'm back with my boyfriend's family and I'm enjoying it so much. This place is like a second home to me, and I can't think of a nicer group of people to spend my birthday with. Usually I end up feeling bored and lonely, but that won't be the case this year! I think it'll satisfy my need to express my feelings, and it opens up the possibility that I'll be able to do good for more people. The mental stimulation will be a welcome distraction, too. Even though I went into a gaming store today, and got teased when I asked them to put them on for me, it's still cheered me up no end. Screen protectors, people. They save the world... We're going to the Eloise Butler Wildflower Garden and Bird Sanctuary (no admission fees, you only have to pay for parking so yay), then we're going to watch a movie late at night.
