Hi there, I'm Nijali. (english is not my first language and I'm also never sure what to post in 'introduce yourself' posts :/ ) I'm a lurker here for quite some time, well, actually since I re-installed the creatues 1+2 games last year. Allready downloaded so many awesome cobs and breeds ♥ Back in the 90's I would have never thought there would be so many (nice!) people out there who are actually like this kind of games (like creatures and the original Petz games), nor creating their own items and so many other fun and useful things for these games. Was a big surprise. But one that really made me happy. Already had a chat with the wonderful Jessi and I'm also following her and Grendel_Man's blogs. As for me... well, I'm not much into genetics nor body chem. yet (but I'd really like to start with that somebday) and I never dared to try cob/breed/making myself, so you won't get much useful stuff from me I'm afraid... I actually feel bad about that, since I used already some much stuff you guys created. Well, maybe someday. Nudgie wrote: yeah, really awesome. Hey - People say developing for C3/DS would be the easiest (well, it's certainly in the top 3, haahaa haahaa...) - Genetics are pretty easy to make - COB/Agents depend a lot on the kind of object you wanna make - Many things become easier when you first try tweaking existing things and don't directly start your own thing from the scratch - When you wanna make an own breed, then genetics only. Sprites are tedious to make, since you literally need thousands of frames. Edited to correct gender twist Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... Photosynthesis... |

Hello, I'm Rha, and I've been looking for info about how to make a norn breed all day, finding old webs that don't work, and programs that won't install properly, I wonder how I didn't stumble upon this place sooner haha- I thought the original creatures 'fanbase' was long dead, I'm glad it isn't ! And I'm sure C4 will liven things up even more.. I used to play C1 a lot on my old pc as a kid, and when I got C2 for my birthday i was so exited to play it...but it wouldn't work! Apparently there was an issue with Spanish versions... So last week I bougth Albian years on Good Old Games, and I could finally try out C2 for the first time! I enjoy painting, drawing and sculpting, and I've always been interested in learning how to make or edit sprites. (About time I start with it..) Hmmmm that's it for now! Hello all, Some of you might have spoken to me in chat but thought id introduce myself here. I played creatures one as a kid, and never touched the others. Seeing as I saw all the games on GoG, I thought why not? I picked up the albian years and Exodus. Im still struggling to decide which to play first and where to start. I dont know how long I'll stick with the games now with my limited time as an adult (sucks growing up  ), but it is at least nice taking a trip down memory lane with these games . |

Hi I'm savagebeast, I'm glad to have joined a wonderful community. I mainly enjoy breeding and my little group of yautia norns.
