Go with what you want. I'd say get Jade's daughter if that's what you want. Trust me, eventually someone will adopt/hatch out a male. Who knows, maybe both of Tangarao's kids will be boys. Either way even with other eggs waiting to hatch, - As soon as this wave of parents die, we'll all flock to the eggs or even 1st gen if we decide.

I think I'm going to take a chance and adopt Jade's daughter, I've got plans...

Hehe... Who knows, Karias, maybe our boys will be fathering two boys with their respective spouses! All I can say is that Snaff is just giddy from finally just tying the knot alone. ![[nlaugh] [nlaugh]](/images/smilies/emot_laugh.gif)

@KC11, I think that's an "I'm so hungry, I had to eat my face" ettinchi. |

Hey, I'm looking for a ettinchi to to pair Johann II up with.
....Who isn't related to him by 3 degrees. Anyone interested? |

Is Lalena related to him at all? They seem to socialize a lot, and they're both black ettinchis

I don't think she is, but it's getting confusing at this point I can't imagine they'd be unable to breed if they're more than a few degrees apart. |

I just checked, they have absolutely no relation. :p it'd be kinda perfect

I'd love to waste an hour or a couple hours doing a family tree of all of our actual families developing, but I'm afraid someone else already is if I'm not mistaken?

@KC11- Oh good! I wasn't sure if she was related or not when I was skimming through the list.
With humans 1st cousins are generally separated enough to marry without causing genetic problems, as long as it doesn't happen too frequently in the same family, of course! But I'd like to avoid that if possible. |

I was thinking more of 2nd and 3rd cousins, as in, it'd be a bit ridiculous if related Creatchis couldn't breed at all, given the small population. |

Just picked up my first egg- looks like it'll be a female Grendelchi. How long do they take to hatch? |

A few hours for adopted ones, as for 1st gen not sure if it is the same or longer.

Been waiting over an hour for my new ettinchi to hatch! SO EXCITED! I'm getting a little impatient though haha. |

Tenzin took 3 hours to hatch - I have a feeling the other creatchis I had were about that. |

I'm sure I've said this before, but it appears to take about three hours for a Creatchi to hatch. I've been timing my own even though they've all been first gens.

My ettinchi hatched! Funny that his sibling is white and he is black! Any help with a name would be greatly appreciated....and if anyone wants to mate with him |

Congrats on your adoption then! There seem to be a lot of black ettinchis lately! :-)
This game is getting better and better each week, this was a great idea really! And I think it really helps the community. :-)

This topic is typically extremely active so it shows up near the very top of the forum. I'm not opposed to having it stickied, but I don't think it needs to be when posts are made nearly every day. Our current stickied topics are ones that typically aren't updated very often, but are still valid for keeping near the top of the page.

I'm finding it kind of hard to find enough toys and food for my grendelchi. I've never been a person who posts very much, and I especially don't like to post without feeling like I have anything worthwhile to say. Shame, really. |

I have the same issues at times. Then I try to bibble, make comments, and play in Strangeo, and sometimes still don't get any items (which is why I'm trying to post right now).
I'll probably end up with an item after this, too.
Edit: (Ha, got a ball!) |

One thing I've noticed is I seem to get more "high value" items (cheese, teddy, medicine) for a longer reply - a couple of paragraphs as opposed to a line or two. (Don't know if that's co-incidence, but would kind of make sense if it's coded that way.) |

I've been getting medicine a few times, but usually it's apples or balls. I never get teddys or cheese. Does cheese give more food value than apples? |

@Tarlia Yes - apples reduce hunger 1 notch, cheese fills the bar right up. Ditto balls and teddies - that's why cheese and teddies are so good for the newly-hatched. |
