I'm looking for one of the moveable force field / wall agents for DS, to stop baby norns from falling off the edge of my little nursery area. I used to use the stopper pot agent from the norngarden site, but that seems to be down right now. I also remember I used to have a programmable force field agent, but I don't remember where I found it. |

A backup of the NornGarden page can be found here. Inside that the stopper pot can be downloaded here. The other agent you mean is the Selective Force Field, found on Emmentals site. Be careful with the Selective Force Field, it can only protect against smaller numbers of creatures. When whole hordes attack it, it occasionally fails. The selective forcefield will probably work for what I'm intending- It's only once every few minutes that a norn fall out of the nursery, and from what I've seen its because they're trying to back away from something too close to the edge. |

Does anyone know of any agents or cos files that allow naturally laid Grendel and Ettin eggs to use the Norn egg sprites instead of/in addition to the typical Ettin/Grendel egg sprite? Or vice versa? |

You could just replace the sprite images with norn eggs, but they'd only be replaced with one egg image. I'm sure it isn't hard for someone who knows CAOS to get into there and replace the code asking for the default egg to instead go to the norn egg sprites randomly. But no, I don't know anyone who has something available that does such. -Karias; a bit fruity and gone bananas in the wrong climate! |

That egg thing might cause minor problems. The eggs of Grendels/Ettins got a different number of frames than Norn eggs. On the other hand... I think the difference was that Norn eggs use one more frame for the "about to hatch" animation, so you could just skip one... Gotta have a look at that. Lets play plants! Photosynthesis... Lily: You should be all set if you check your inbox! Kezune: This Page has a pretty nifty chart! One other way to figure this out is to look at the genome of a Creature: Look for the appearance genes, which will then tell you which slot is used for the head, body, arms, and legs. It's helped me in the past, but after staring at C1 sprites for so long, I can usually identify breeds on the spot. Kind of scary... |

You should be able to find them in a few directories on the Gameware Development site: Either the main listing of Downloads, or under the CDN Downloads. It's a little bit of a pain to go through everything, but all of the official tools should be there with working downloads! Hope this helps you! |

The Ainarda website also has the CAOS Tool, easyPRAY, PRAYBuilder and SpriteBuilder programs at the bottom of the page. Those are the three main ones I use! |

Does anyone know where I can find Norngirl's Gremlin Norns? Gremlins is my favorite movie, so these guys are naturally one of my favorite breeds. I was able to find the page for them on Paradizia Place's Wayback Machine archive, but the download file itself was, according to Wayback Machine, never archived. |

Is there an agent (or utility) that lets me look at creature organ health that's Mac compatible? The X-ray agent autokills when it tries to display organ health. |

I am not sure if this is a Mac error... Try to turn off autokill (Ctrl + Shift W, Ctrl + Shift + A, Ctrl + Shift + W) and then open an own help topic with a short description of what you do, which version of the agent and the actual error message. I need a way to reliably infect a creature with bacteria or generate them in a controlled manner. The first one would be best, but I already have a plan for creating a typhoid marry genome if I have to use a room full of bacteria. |
