Been floating around here a couple days, finally decided to join officially. I have some people issues and tend to alienate myself, but you lot seem to be an understanding bunch and no one's tried to chase me off yet. Just got back into creatures after I found my old CD... right before I found out GoG was selling it and could have saved me a bit of time fighting with Win 7. Just my luck, heh. I mostly play C3/DS, I'm not very good at nurturing so raising baby norns in C1 and C2 is a little painful. Too bad I'm too much of a meddler to do proper wolfling runs! |

Hi lisha! If you don't already have an account for Docking Station, you'll need the play offline patch at www.creaturesdockingstation.com. Hey Everyone, Some might be able to tell this is an OLD!! accout. but i thought id stop by and say hey since im back into the game. I have played all CREATURES games. I seem to feel a little braver about posting in general after some time lurking, so I guess I better be a polite little thing and make my first post here before bouncing off to other threads. I'm not new to the series, I've been playing it since I was little navy brat; I've just been in the "No Computer" boat for about 4 years and then "No Creatures" off and on for maybe 3 more. Before the no computer thing I was more of a quiet community lurker. Having lost my original discs in many prior moves, I think having an awesome sweetheart and stumbling upon Gog has been the best thing to happen, as I've terribly missed the little bundles of digital joy.As luck for me would have it I do have a Docking Station account, which is Mioonktoo. Pretty much the same name I registered here. If you don't mind bouts of random feel free to add me. From the depths of Deep Lurkspace I emerge... And suddenly can't remember what it is I came up for. |

Hi! I am new but I have been playing creatures for a long time. When I saw the Creatures 2 box in a department store in 1998 I bought it and it was the best game ever even though it crashed all the time and my norns kept killing themselves. When I first got the internet I went and downloaded every COB and found out about Creatures 1. I searched everywhere and finally found a copy... and downloaded every COB for that too. I even made some COBs but they didn't work because of classifier numbers. I have Creatures Gold or something now, I lost the original discs after a long hiatus but I still have my purple norn doll somewhere! |

Hello everybody I started playing creatures in 2003 when my mom gave me creatures 3 for my birthday and in 2008 I started downloading agents and looking at the creatures community but I only just joined mostly so I could be active on the forums although I have very little skill in the technical side of creatures. |

Hello! I'm idle and I've just got into C3 and docking station(a bit late to be able to play it online though, it seems  ) and discovered there's a whole community and lots of amazing downloads, wow! Last time I played a creatures game was so long ago we didn't have an internet connection, so it's a surprise to find there's a whole group of other players out there, not to mention all the cool new items and add-ons people have made!Hopefully one day I'll have something to contribute, but for now I'm really enjoying what everyone has made so far(one advantage of being late is all the fixes and cool stuff has already been made). ^^ It's a bit of a struggle raising the rare Grendel babies with those mean Norns that keep invading their home and trying to murder them though, isn't it?  Bored? Here are some Nornish suggestions: "Maybe get creature egg, [name]" "Maybe push Grendel, [name]" |

You've joined the community at a really good time - we have the Creatures Community Spirit Festival coming up in November, which is sure to have lots of fun things to see and interesting downloads to get, and we also have Creatures 4 expected for release either in the fourth quarter of 2012 or the first quarter of 2013! I know what you mean about raising Grendel babies alongside Norns! Hello, world! I just joined today. I played creatures 2 and 3 a lot when I was a kid, and now since 2 won't work and I don't feel like playing 3, I've started playing the first one for the first time. I can't wait to make friends and learn about the game more so I can figure out why Stephano feels a little punishment constantly when he's never even been hit or felt pain, haha... Playing this game was easier when I was ignorant of all the kits! Befriend me for I have no fellow Creatures fans in my life! *Stabs syringes into a Norn until they live* I'm a doctor. |
