BAAAH Ahem, hello. After lurking for a considerable amount of time, I've decided to let my presence be known. I have been playing Creatures for about seven years now and love the games dearly, Creatures 1 in particular. I hope to someday learn the wizardry of CAOS, so that the ideas I've had along the years may be free of the dusty attic of existence purely in the back of my mind, and experience the sun lit parlour that smells slightly of mothballs and vanilla extract that is being, and contributing to this wonderful community. On an unrelated note, I'm not entirely sure why tea is such a strong motif in the Creatures universe (is it? That's just the impression I have) but it suits me because I am a great tea lover. Thank you. I look forward to the potential exchange of useful data in the future. |

I was never active in the community before but I visited all the old websites that are now defunct. (Miss them all!) I like C2 the best, but I mostly play C1 to avoid switching color modes. Hello, everyone! I'm OctoberFlash, and I've been playing Creatures for roughly 6 to 7 years now. I have Creatures 1, 2, 3, and Docking Station, and I love them all (but Docking Station is my favorite). I've been lurking around for a while, but after an incident with my parents and stuff a long time ago, (i made an account here and talked to people without permission! i was a terrible n00b too...) I never joined any part of the Creatures community again. I decided I should finally summon up the courage to go talk with other people who love this game as much as I do <3   |

Hello, I'm a French member of the Creatures Community. I used to be on the CreaturesFrance forum before it died and still play to Creatures occasionally (depending on my work, etc.). I kind of miss being among other fans, especially since the CC seems nicer than some other communities, and another French fan talked about Creaturescaves on Youtube, so I thought... why not? I'm 22, have a degree in English (and am currently a master student thoug I won't do it entirely because I can't afford it) and have lived about a year in the UK so my English shouldn't be a problem. :-) Feel free to be all grammar nazi with me, though. I have a brother who is also a fan of the Creatures series and actually wanted to develop an artificial life program before he started school, but we're not working on it anymore. Hi, I'm punkmogwai (my DS username, though i'm not sure if i remember the password to it, but i still have a world left from when i did so ha). I played C3/DS a lot several years ago but kinda lost interest when I started playing other games like Zoo Tycoon and The Sims. But lately I've started playing DS a lot again, though who knows how long I'll stay with it this time. It's a bit sad that some of the old fan sites are down and I can't find some of the breeds and agents I used to have, but there's still a lot of good ones left (and some new ones) and I'm getting all nostalgic with many things I download. And I for one am very excited about Creatures 4! I used to be on the Gameware forums a lot, but it seems like those have been down forever, so now I'm here. Yeah |

Hi there!! I started off playing Creatures 1 about 7 years ago and moved on to Creatures 2 and then DS. I play it off and on and it always seems to drag me back in  I love the way the games simulate gene-pools, adaption and evolution and find it endlessly fascinating seeing what the game will turn up the next time. Current project is my seemingly never-ending attempt at naturally breeding different coloured cfeFallow Norns that can out perform the grendels.Looking forward to Grandroids and might check out C4 as well. And of course looking forward to getting to know everyone on creatures caves |

I've played the creatures games for quite a while, although I haven't really joined a forum about the games until now. I found this place while looking stuff up about Creatures 4 and trying to find something about Grandroids. So.. umm.. hi! ^^' Also, I hope its okay if I ask here, but does anyone know where I can find the CFE norns? I tried the original website but it seems to be down. |

Rakkar was also asking after the CFE Norns in The COB Detectives topic, where I've linked to Malkin's Forest CFE Treehugger Norns. They could be a good alternative for you in the meantime too? And before I forget, there's also AquaShard's Remade C3/DS Egg Agents, which combine the brains of the CFE Norns and the old-world charm of the Creatures 2 Desert, Emerald and Pixie Norns. hey there, it's the new chick. i haven't really been involved in a creatures community before, despite being a fan since C1 was in stores [i was still a kiddo]. i made a couple posts here and there on some community-related facebook pages last year, but social networking just isn't for me, so...well, i wound up here. after all, i /grew up/ with a love of raising norns and grendels [example: family vacation turned into a magic retail store hunt for some C2 addons ^_^;;]. playing with COBs, agents, new worlds, metarooms, third-party breeds, et cetera has been something i've loved for as long as i've been a fan of the series itself, so i figure i could help fellow fans with recommendations and personal experiences. right now, i'm playin' DS while i wait for Creatures 4. i'm raising Deep, Akatora, Golden Desert, and Sabertooth norns [though some of my Sabertooths are mutts, so they might have Fallow or Siamese babies someday]. my signature pretty much explains the rest. hopefully this will prove to be a nice place for crazy ol' me. cheers |

Hey everyone Names Efoylan. I started playing C1 when i got my first computer back in 97. I remember as a kid i use to follow this site, and stopped playing creatures when my computer crashed and my cd broke. About five months ago i downloaded all the creatures games, but C1 is by far my favorite still. |

Hello, I'm Reed. I've been lurking around creaturescaves for a while, and I figured since I check this website everyday, I should make an account. I own C1, C2, C3, and DS. C2 was my first game, but I was so young when I played it, I never quite figured it out. It was mostly a frustrating experience, especially with those default C2 norns and their tendency to go a bit stupid. Recently, about a year or so ago, I got into reading about artificial life and artificial intelligence and all that jazz, and stumbled back into creatures. Despite the fact I got into the game from reading about science stuff, I'm mostly a nurturer. I do also like poking around in genetics, and hoarding agents/cobs. |

Hello everyone! I have actually already posted a bit in the Help forum but I thought I should post in here too and get a bit more acquainted with you all. My name is Mip and I am a long time (or perhaps that should be long lost?!) player of Creatures 1 and 2 and pretty much a new player of Creatures 3. After reading a small Let's Play and some of the fantastic blogs on Creatures, I thought I would try my hand at blogging my journey learning from scratch how to play Creatures 3. My long term goal is to learn enough about creature genetics to make my own breed (which I have thought about quite a bit already!) and to experiment and learn along with my norns. I'm sure I shall have lots and lots to ask you all! I am cautiously optimistic regarding Creatures 4 and am looking forward to trying it out as well.
