She is 22 minutes old, and she needs someone who can care for her. She's a hatchery Norn, with no special engineering to speak of, but she appears to have some sort of mutation. She cannot move properly, and so she can't eat or play with toys. At first I suspected Child of the Mind, but she CAN see and look at things other than herself. I think she has some sort of gait mutation, because she appears completely normal, except for the fact that she can only turn from side to side. She needs a good home with someone who can take care of her.
