 | I decided to put this guy up in honor of the new Ask a Norn Tumblr. He got his blue coloring from the Genetics Kit, just like the his namesake on the site He even seems to like birds too.
Note: He is from the basic DS Expressive Bengal genome. |

The bird probably was never seen again.

He is looking at that bird rather hungrily...

What a pretty boy! I bet he's thinking of a way to catch said birds.

Well, he can always mate with a CFE bengal and have a good chance to have little blue CFE babies. His full coloring should be pretty easy to inherit, it's all in a few pigment bleed genes next to each other.

thankyouthankyouthankyouthankyouthankyou!! i don't know what to say other than thank you <3
i'd link to this on the tumblr but mobile is stupid. i'll still post about it though.
(eem's probably a CFE but it doesn't matter. i'm happy even though it's just a little thing)

Yeah, that makes sense, CFE have most edits on the end of the genome so there is not a lot of misaligned genes, while Dream Norns have extra genes pushed into several places in the middle so their genes won't line up with non-related breeds. There are about 8-10 breeds they are fully compatible with though.

There could be, but after what I heard, it is not that common. Dream Norns for example are more vulnerable, even when crossed non-CFE + other non-CFE.

Ah, okay... Vampess's comments about it in her description made me think they might get sliders or something. She seemed to think there could be problems.

CFE and non-CFE can mix quite well AFAIK. The worst possible result would be a non-CFE creature
