It looks like the arms are Dewa Norn. The body could be Winged Pixie Norn. I think the legs are probably one of the standard breeds. | |||||||||

Most likely by splicing Creatures together, and not by breeding. There isn't a good way of telling the generation number in C2, as far as I know. | |||||||||
