Her appearance was inspired by an image Jodie submitted to the Screenshots gallery featuring a Norn named Shrimp. I loved Shrimp's appearance and wanted to use it for something, and so here it is. Cthylla is pretty similar to a CFE ChiChi for the most part, but she's amphibious and has a tendency to eat critters. She can't breed until adulthood, but in compensation she ages to Youth faster than normal Norns do.     TheSecond | 5/5/2013   I am saddened that I didn't include her.
