Sleep Update was a COB that attempted to make it easier for creatures to learn to sleep and go to sleep easier, but unfortunately it also caused some learning problems due to how it stimmed and how much.
Sleep Update but Better rewrites the script entirely so that the stims are waited out.
It keeps the parts that help creatures fall asleep easier: They no longer need to be tired to fall asleep, and they don't get punished for trying to rest when not tired/sleepy.
