Happy Halloween 2026! Since I was feeling especially festive this year, I decided to make a Colortrue version of the Compatible Halloween Norns. These are a genetic breed that doesn't have sprites of their own; you'll need the original Compatible Halloween Norn sprites in Ettin T to see them correctly.

Like the original Compatible Halloween Norns, they are essentially a mix of grendels and norns behaviorally. They age faster than normal norns; like to hit gadgets, machinery, and oftentimes other creatures; and they like to steal eggs and run off with them. They feel at home around the Norn Home and aren't pointlessly angry all the time unlike grendels, though.

They're based on the CFE Bruin Norn genome, with some features backported from the CFF and TWB genomes to fix vanilla bugs, improve genetic stability, and just get rid of personal annoyances. They should be mostly compatible with the original Colortrue creatures by Ylukyun; I can't promise anything about other Colortrue breeds, and they're not likely to be compatible with non-Colortrue breeds.

They come in six colors: Red, Green, Purple, Orange, Black, and White. There's also a variety with standard colors.
