A showcase by Mea, telling us why C2 is her favorite game, and why C2toDS is one of her favorite metarooms. Submitted for CCSF 2014

Creatures 2 was my first game in the Creatures series, & I couldn't help but fall in love with the beautiful world. There are so many lovely details in the background, so many beautiful small things to notice, the strange corals in the ocean, the statue in the cave that paralyzes the norns, the depths of the volcano, the monster hiding in the ocean, the tunnels under the desert, the shells hidden in the ground. Then there are the critters & plants that grow around the world.

Besides the world itself, its all of the beautiful breeds that were added to Creatures 2 that make it my favorite world. The cuteness of the pixie norns, emerald norns, the normal grendel & boney grendel, only adds to beauty of the game. Then there are the amazing 3rd party breeds for Creatures 2. Wafuru's breeds especially are amazing, the mernorns, the scorpio norns, the kai norns, the uninorns. Then there are so many other ones as well, the borg norns, the draco norns, the animal norns, the maned peacock norns, the albian bat norns, the sphinx norns, the Eryx grendels, the dragonfly norns, the ladybird norns, the bahama norns, the gargoyle norns, the findhao norns, the melange norns, the flora norns, the uriel norns, the space norns, the midsummer norns, the snowfairy norns, the spike norns, the cupid heart ettins, the dewa norns, the kimahri norns, the amphibian dragon norns, the skele norns the list just keeps going on & on. So many beautiful, cute or interesting creature breeds that make me wish they could be converted to Creatures 3 & Docking Station.

C2toDS brings the beautiful world of Creatures 2 to Docking station, & adds so much more to it, new critters & plants, the nifty but annoying dust devils & waterspouts, & takes away bugs & glitches that made the original Creatures 2 game so hard to play. The only thing that makes me miss the original Creatures 2, are those beautiful 3rd party breeds.
