I started playing c2 as a kid and had never played c1 until recently, c2 is still my favorite though

I can't get it to work on windows 7....  Otherwise I'd play it! I have C1toDS, it's just not the same....

While C3/DS are my favorite games in the series and the ones I spend most of my Creatures time playing, I still love C1. Creatures are sufficiently intelligent (well, most of the time), the graphics are very nice even after all this time, and some of the ideas in this game that were taken out of C3/DS were very good indeed. | |||

Creatures 1 is still my favorite in the series! Even though C3/DS has more customization options and many more breeds, I still find myself spending the majority of my Creatures time in C1. There's just something so special about the game: Part of it is nostalgia, but I absolutely love it still! | |||
