It could have been that the parent site, www.creatures.org.uk was down when you tried. I would really recommend that you get the Aquatilis Pod first - it's much easier to install, and includes some dependencies needed for the main AC.
Try going to the AC v2 announcement page and seeing if the download works from there.

*wishes AC and the Pod were connected somehow through doors*
Once you install AC there's really no point in utilizing the Pod.

The AC v2 announcement page said 'Internet Explorer cannot display the webpage,' Too. And I tried many times last year and many times this year and it still won't work.
The Pod won't work either- I tested my computer's internet connections and it was fine. I'm confused at this. >>

The Pod can be used to separate a smaller group of aquanorns from your main population, Rascii. Use your imagination!
Alternatively, I'm sure there are some portable teleporters around and about that could be used to link the rooms - like maybe the C12DS extra teleporters?
Tot, maybe creatures.org.uk is blocked from your computer somehow? Have you tried with another browser? Do you know if you have any CyberSitter-esque programs installed on your computer?

How can I check if I have a Cybersitter on my computer? And I haven't tried changing my browsers, right now I'm using Microsoft Internet 7. The site isn't blocked from my computer; It isn't on the list of blocked site that I have. Maybe it could be an internet problem? Sometimes when I click on the link to the site it says res://ieframe.dll/dsnerror.html where the word 'Done' Usually would be after loading a page. What does it mean? Sorry for asking so much questions, I'm just really confused. x.x

After googling "res://ieframe.dll/dsnerror.html", it seems to be an error with a Microsoft update for IE - have you updated your system recently?

Oh. Um.. Well. I'll try updating it now, I'll see if it works.
