I'm planning on going through and updating the wiki page for the CCSF as well as the individual festival pages, but I'm having some trouble finding info on the very first CCSF, from 2004. The linked Albia 2000 thread archives do have a bit of info, but the archiving is quite incomplete and I can't find any released content or a link to an official site. (The Den wiki page lists it as unveiled during the CCSF 2004, but it looks like a typo since it links to an interview from 2005.) Does an archive of this content still exist somewhere, or does anyone know of further information? |

I've always been curious about this first festival. Would love to know more about it. |

Aw wow, nostalgia. I used to talk to a few of the people involved on MSN as a teenager.
I don't remember it being a big thing with lots of releases - that came later.
The Albia 2000 forum doesn't have too much beyond it being announced. The internet was less centralised in those days, though, and webrings were common so it's almost certainly lost to the mists of time. |

Very mysterious... and kind of sad, but good that the later incarnations of the festival are all preserved! |

I don't think there's anything sad about it - it's one of the things that kept the Creatures community going for nearly two decades after Docking Station went offline.
Everything has to start somewhere! |

Only sad that the record of it was lost to time, as so many things in the CC have been. |
