If you are going to the shopping centre one day, you may be tempted to look in the Videogame store for Creatures games. But if you come across a game such as Creatures, or Creatures: Raised in Space, I don't recommend buying it for the following reasons:

1. The Norns are all a dreadful mix of body parts from all the Creatures games. The Norns in Creatures: Raised in space don't even have C3 bodies.

2. There are no genetics, and baby Norns are picked at random.
3. Norns have to collect hearts in order to become fertile, which is a load of rubbish, as you have to collect hearts for the Norns.

4. The graphics are awful, and just reused backgrounds from C2 and C3. All of the original objects have been autokilled, and are replaced by ugly, pixelly, C1 objects.

5.You are not a hand, but a fairy named Scrubby, LOL, and she is basically a pixelly version of Stickle from Creatures Village.

6. In Creatures Raised in Space, the designers deliberately put an error into the game in which the Ettins throw stars into the ocean, causing the game to freeze up.

Thank you for listening. Please don't make the same mistake I did by purchasing this dreadful game.

Hear hear. I have the other PS1 game... you can't leave the game because they all get sick and die (and as far as I know, the only way to treat a sick norn in the game is to export and get rid of them before they spread it to the others). D:<

You can heal them, but when they become elderly, they automatically catch an incurable illness and they die.

This is actually what was originally supposed to happen with the C1 norns, however it caused too many import shock-related deaths.

I really really doubt there is a Creatures game for PS2, given it was released in 2000 or so.

I liked the first PS1 Creatures game. ^^ It's what introduced me to Creatures. A friend gave it to me because he was bored by it, and, of course, wasn't interested in those kinds of games.

I've never played Raised in Space, though.
