The site where all of the JRChat applets connect has expired.  I PMed GreenReaper and asked him what will happen now, he said that JRChat is going to remain down until lummoxjr.com renewed.However, LummoxJR (for the newbies who don't know who he is, check his Creatures Wiki page) hasn't been in JRChat for a loooong time. It's been about 4 days now and I'm a tad worried. I know it hasn't been long, but I'm starting to get the creepy feeling that it'll be MONTHS until it comes on again! Ah, don't pay attention to me. I'm just overreacting.  But I must ask... do any of you think it'll at least be a while until it renews, or it's permanently down?  |

I don't think it will be permanently down at all. Just be patient, it'll be back someday. I've heard that the Creatures Community has a chat thing, what's it like? Thy profile looks very much like that sword point, lurking in the shadows and darkness. The only one who knows your true heart are the forest spirits... ...Only the spirits.... |

Lumm hasn't been in JRC to talk in like four years or so. He does, however, usually keep his domain up. So when lummoxjr.com is back up, the chat should be too. That is, if he hasn't given up on the domain. That said, i haven't been into JRC for three or four years myself. I miss my old crowd! I'd say its prooooobably a temporary down. Lumm gave up on it long ago but keeps up the server when GR nags him enough. Although there have been occasions when its been down for months. *shrug* Yes, I'm the forum ![[devil]](/images/smilies/devil.gif "[devil]") ... It was back up briefly, I've noticed... but it's down again... bah.... Oh, well. There's still CC.com where Creatures fans can communicate.  |

Indeed it has been that long, Anduin  All the regulars are newbies as far as i'm concerned - i don't know them and they don't know me. Hence i don't even bother going, I feel like a stranger. JRC has been down for quite a long while now hasn't it? Not that I could visit it at the mo, even when it is up - my uni's network won't let me connect to chat. |
