What does "Oxy-Hb" stand for?

So, I just installed the Coffee Norn TWB edition. From the start, the medical monitor reads ''Oxy-Hb 0''. It cannot be standing for Oxygen since it's still alive minutes later. Does any of you have a clue what that could mean?

Oxy-Hb is short for "Oxygenated hemoglobin," and is part of the TWBs'/TCBs' circulatory system. Its main purpose is to store extra oxygen, allowing TWBs/TCBs to hold their breath underwater for longer. They also die if it falls too low (like if they're slapped too much; wounds make them bleed out), or at least they're supposed to.

It's part of later versions of TWB/TCB. My guess is that the TWB Coffee Norns might be based on an older version that didn't have the circulatory system implemented yet. The updated medical monitor recognizes them as TWBs, but doesn't recognize they don't have or need Oxy-Hb and so displays the warning.
