Creatures Caves

Hello, I’m new in this game (C1)
And there’s a problem: my Norns don’t interact with anything and I don’t know why. I scared if it’s my fault but idk.
One of them stay near Incubator all her life and don’t move a little. She know any words, she know “food”, “toy” and my name. But she doesn’t know actions because doesn’t teaching by computer (she can’t move to it). And she not eating.
Second norn moving, but slow. He likes ball, but interact with it only one time. He’s know words from computer, come to me if I tell him, but don’t “push”, “pull” or “get”. And he doesn’t eat too.
I tried any food, tried said them to get/push/pull food and toys, but they just look at it and said “food” or “toy”.
I see animations/poses, like they tried to do that, but they can’t.
And I couldn’t find any information about it.
And bc second norn don’t do any actions, first doesn’t learning them by her brother.
They are adults now.
Maybe someone knows what should I do with it…
