General Forum Image manipulation and 3D design turoial    TheSecond        4/23/2013  3 Darned subject line is too short. Anyway, I have been thinking of starting a tutorial series covering image manipulation with Paint.net and designing 3D objects in Blender. I was planning to do so on my blog, but I could easily mirror them here as well if they would be welcome. They've excelled and advanced to the point that they're easily competing with Maya, 3DsMax, etc - For free. I know I myself am proud of the amazing things I can do with blender. . . Given I treat my computer nice and don't overwork it to a shutting down point. -Karias; a bit fruity and gone bananas in the wrong climate!   TheSecond     4/23/2013 Cool, I'll go ahead and mirror them here then, as well as at Doctor Ni's Lab. Tutorial part 2 should be up by tonight. We'll do some fun stuff this time, like manipulating meshes instead of just learning hotkeys. I can't seem to get the image tags to work. I've tried [-img-=URL][/-img-] but I still can't get the images to show up. Any clue what I might be doing wrong? My favorite norn is still Belldandy.   Malkin Manager     4/23/2013 Don't worry, it's not wrong, necessarily! The image tags seem to be case sensitive - so [-img-] would work, but [IMG] wouldn't. How about you use the topic as a testing bed to trial the images out, and once you've got it formatted to your liking, submit it to the resources section?
