Ever wanted to use your progression on your C3/DS world for presentations and such? How would you like to take the data from your sessions and measure your performace as a norn breeder? If you got Excel, get the C3DS Performance Sheet here!
With this document, you can have an incentive to breed norns. Here's how it works:
With a pen/pencil and a piece of paper, keep a tally of all the eggs you created, the eggs norns made, the eggs that hatched, the number of current norns in the world and the number of norns that died as babies, children adolescents, youths, young adults, adults, and elderly. Keep those statistics current before closing each session (pausing before quitting helps, at this point). Now for scoring, the scoring unit is called Breeder's Points (BP). The scoring is divided into two parts, life (additive) and death (subtractive). Life subtotal is calculated first:
Eggs Engineered: no matter how many you create, you always get 1 BP per egg made.
Natural Eggs: The most rewarding factor as it gives you 10 BP for an egg laid.
(NOTE: all values carry over across future sessions.)
Eggs Hatched: Got a norn egg hatched? Congrats, regardless of boy or girl, every norn hatchling gets you 5 BP.
Current Norns: For every norn alive in the world, add 1 to the mutiplier.
Subtotal: This is the concluding total of the Life portion: Subtotal= c(1e+10n+5h) in which c=current norns, e=engineered eggs, n=natural eggs, and h=hatched eggs, for that session/column.
Death portion is the subtractive factor, DO NOT CHEAT DEATH, it's supposed to be normal in the game. Any mods that makes norns immortal must be factored in and will divide your score by the number of participating mods. You've been warned.
If a norn dies in a certain life stage, it will subtract a certain value from the life subtotal.
Baby: -10
Child: -8
Adolescent: -7
Youth: -6
Adult: -5
Old: -3
Senile: -1
So, look after them carefully, don't use agents that extend longevity or make immortal, and it will be less stressful for your session score.
I recommend using it for new worlds. If you choose to modify the Google Doc, please duplicate the original sheet and rename said duplicate to "(your CC username) - (world)". Password protect your sheets to avoid unwanted changes, and never give away that password.
Happy breeding, peace and carrots!

UPDATE: Another couple of factors were included. Two points for every norn import, and half a point for every norn export. Export sparingly, to maximize your score.

Click on "file", where you see "download as. . ." move your cursor to it, wait until "excel" is activated, click that, and the rest is up to you.
