Looking at the code for the Empathic Vendor, when voice mode (the blue squiggly line) is turned on, it not only vends the appropriate foodstuff, it also causes the carrot, lemon and justanut vendors to vend as well. I've had ettins apparently learn to 'maybe right dispenser' when they express their hunger for X... exactly where the empathic vendor vends... perhaps raising norns in a world where the empathic vendor's voice mode is turned on teaches them to express more? I must also admit that I tend to give my norns a tickle when they express that they're happy... so they learn to express themselves that way as well. My TCR Norns |
