I'm probably late to the party, but I just noticed something I'd never picked up on before. I was starting a new C3/DS world and happened to notice the birds in their nests in the norn terrarium -- check it out:

The robins and wood pigeons are SHARING NESTS! How sweet is that?

Haha, wow. I tend to think one nest is behind another, but it's difficult to say. It's cute anyway. |

I thought that at first, Yluk. But EVERY nest (except hummingbird and hawk nests) had both types of bird in it, which seems to rule out coincidence. And I've noticed before that there is no classifier for pigeon nests, so I always kind of wondered where they nested...

Maybe they were supposed to behave like cowbirds in that they parasitized a nest from a robin family?
or more likely, their nests never got around to being rendered/coded

I'm guessing the latter.

Wow, nice catch! It's nice to know that at least in one place these two birds get along - the robins and rock doves in my garden are always fighting!

mfb, I guess the latter as well.
