I had a question on norn language in C3/DS. I found a norn trapped in the airhatch room and it said "me intensely trapped" or something like that. After I set it free I waited a minute to say "trapped" to see if it still said it was trapped, and it said "me intensely gentle." What does it mean when it says gentle? How does gentle relate to trapped? |

Gentle is the opposite of trapped. Problem with trapped is that it can mean two different things, and the norn doesn't know which one you're talking about or vice versa :/ But the feelings always have opposites, they don't always make sense. For example, the opposite of "friendly" (wanting to mate) is "quiet". The opposite of "patient" is "calm" or "tranquil" or something ridiculous o.o |

That makes sense, I guess gentle should be the opposite since a norn wouldn't feel gentle if trapped, or would be saying he's gentle/non-violent and doesn't need to be trapped. So it covers more than one definition. |
