General Forum The Sunken Wolfling Run    Sanely Insane RisenAngel    Manager     2/13/2010 For a while now, I've been fond of holding self-wolfling runs in various metarooms for genetic breed testing purposes. However, oftentimes I have a metaroom all nice and set up...and no breed to test. Therefore, I decided to host an aquatic wolfling run where the community sends in the creatures, since I don't have much stuff of my own to test these days. o3o The only species that won't be allowed are geats (I don't have the necessary .cos files for those, and for some reason a geat in a water area resulted in the water drying up when I used them in the past). Which means norns, grendels, and ettins are all equally welcome. I haven't decided what metaroom I'm going to use yet, but I'm going to leave that to you. You suggest an aquatic-themed metaroom, and the one that gets the most votes will be the one the run gets held in. Preferably, this metaroom will be suitable for both swimming and non-swimming aquatic creatures, unless everyone wants to be aquanorns. Some additional aquatic agents will be injected, as well. As for a Norn, I don't think I'll ask to submit one this time. Since I am already watching another Norn in Arnout's run (Tisaka Paws) and want to give someone else a chance to participate in a fun run. XD I'm back after 11 years. By the sounds of it, the run'll be in Aquatilis Caverna. Which means I'll probably be coding some teleporters so that the non-swimmers can get around the caves easier. I'll start the run when I get 4 more creatures. On another note, I downloaded the Shee and was testing them out in several DS worlds, and was unable to replicate the bug where a geat in a water room drained all the water in said room. This doesn't mean I'm accepting geats now, as I'm far from 100% certain that a geat won't drain the whole of Aquatilis Caverna when I drop one in there (although a waterless AC is an interesting thought). However, the creature I'm adding to the run will likely be a geat, so that I can see what happens. ~ The Realm ~ Risen Angel's Creatures Blog   Arnout   2/17/2010 Here is my grendel, Horrorblue.
