I've just finished reinstalling Creatures 2 on my desktop computer, but when I opened up a new world, injected a few things and opened up the Hatchery, I've found I have no third-party Norn breeds whatsoever! I would try searching for some on the Creatures Wiki, but there are so many I wouldn't be able to decide, so please can you list below the best ever C2 Norn breeds made?  |

The butterfly norns are a good one, you can download it from Don's site. By the way, I advise to install the updates as well the add-ons from the gameware website.  Geek Ettin's Lab (New!) Bill Gates: "Be nice to nerds. Chances are you'll end up working for one."  |

I forgot to mention I have the Albian Years, which has all of the Updates/Patches from Gameware. |

Make sure you get the canny norns so your norns are more robust and don't suffer from the dreaded OHSS. Also, the best breeds in my opinion are: Kai Norns Scorpio Norns Mernorns Batnorns. Hmn... there might be others. I've only recently started to play Creatures 2 myself. So I still need to explore the other possibilities. |

I alway enjoy having the Flora Norns and the Konfetti Norns in my game. They're pretty and pink and girly. Not sure that's what you're after? lol  I'd definitely second Azumizai's suggestion about the Canny Norns too - having those definitely seem to make your game less aggravating. |

Mernorns! Mernorns! Yay! I wish C3 had good mernorns... I'm not a fan of the Norngarden style of Norns. Love the rooms though. The Community Scribble: make (y)our own metaroom! |

GASP AquaShee's back! I have to agree, the C2 Mernorns are the best. So are the Kais, Scorpios, Bahamas, El Dorados--I haven't had a chance to play with the C2 Bat Norns but will include them anyways for the visible coolness factor.  |

I'd highly recommend any of Wafuru's breeds. For appearance alone I'd also look into the Animal Norns Dewa Norns (I think the color-modified ones look pretty; and they make for interesting mixes) Midsummer Norns Wolflinge Norns I still haven't had a chance to play with Norngirl's Bat Norns, but they look awesome, too. You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there. -- Jim Adkins |
