hey guys let's talk about the other glowing box in our lives!
what's your favorite thing on the boob tube at the moment?
i'm totally addicted to house, and the office (US). also anything on the food network, especially the elimination-type shows that they run periodically like the next iron chef and such. oh and the naked chef but that's just because jamie oliver gets my motor runnin'.
so what's on tonight?
I wanna be your lover,

good to see all older members coming back. I'm personally a fan of how it's made, modern marvels,Dr.G, and mystery diagnosis (It's kind of sad those are all from the medical channel and the history channel.)

"older members coming back" ?
I don't watch or pay for that anymore, but I do love Family Guy, American Dad, Whose Line is it Anyway (US version, no longer airs) Fringe, and Bones. (all of this I watch on Hulu or YouTube )
I like Seth McFarlane stuff because of his criticism on religion and politics, mainly. But other than that, his stuff is quite humorous anyway!

Mostly (because the telly is otherwise occupied at prime time) I tape movies and watch them later, but some shows I catch are Count Duckula and Power Rangers Mystic Force. A caveat with Duckula is that it's much more racist than I remember it being, but some episodes are OK still. I watch the news, does that count? No, I catch Inspector Rex when I can. This is a pretty spot-on parody of Rex, if you've never heard of it before.
I tried Glee, but I really don't like the soapie storylines.

Invader Zim, first and foremost. Also the new remake of V. Occasionally Spongebob. And Star Wars, the new 3D one.
Not much other than that, because I don't watch TV hardly at all.

Recently I've turned into a bit of a TV fiend: Skins, Peep Show, Black Books, Only Fools and Horses, Red Dwarf, Banged Up Abroad, Come Dine With Me and those Cutting documentaries from Channel 4.
Oh, and I follow and watch The Apprentice (UK) religiously when it's on. |

I love Red Dwarf! I don't think it comes on any of the channels we have, though.

I'm rather fond of cooking competitions. Chopped, Iron Chef, Food Network Challenge, those kinds of shows.

Big Bang Theory and Numbers are my top favorite shows right now, followed by House.

Yay, another fan of the "Boys from the Dwarf"!
*High-fives* There's been references to overriding good taste chips, calculators going to Silicon Heaven and Norns forming committees (a reference to Rimmer's peace-loving phrase in the 'Polymorph' episode, series III) in the Ask Laura column before, it gives me a giggle. |

I haven't been watching much TV these days, but I try to keep up with Dollhouse and South Park (when they're airing, at least). I'm a big House fan, but I missed the 3rd episode and FOX has this stupid, stupid online airing policy that prevents me from (legally) catching up before the next episode airs, so I'm waiting for a hiatus to get myself caught up before I watch any more of it. I usually try to watch The Daily Show and The Colbert Report as often as I can, but NaNoWriMo's kind of put a dent in my late-night TV viewing habits and I've skipped them for the last few weeks.
Oh, and I am, of course, eagerly awaiting the (re-)return of this.
You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there.

Dollhouse. Now there's a weird show. Rather mind twisting and somewhat entertaining. |
