Creatures Caves

Well I finally got around to writing a Creatures story, it takes place mostly in the Aquatilis Caverna room. Enjoy.

Evil Hand in Aquatilis Caverna

Most of us know about the wonderful and beautiful Aquatilis Caverna, and its lovely Shrimp, Kyutai Whales, and even the Jellyfish. Also about the lovely Aqua Norns that go along with them so nicely.

Akina was an Aqua Norn, who was in fact very special. Not the common ?oh look how cute, isn?t she so special?? kind of special. The ?different? kind of special, she only knew to eat detritus, which is sickening to most Creatures, but it didn?t seem to bother her much at all, she actually seemed to even like it. The Hand carefully observed her, always watching her as to make sure she didn?t get sick from eating so much detritus all of the time.

Now what we do not know about is the corrupt, evil Hand, who kills critters, Norns and so on in worlds. We only know it as the name ?Evil Hand?, as it has never given out its name. The Evil Hand saw this special Norn, and took it as a reason to kill the helpless Shrimp in Aquatilis, to give the Norn detritus. ?Maybe I can get two for one? The Norn AND the shrimp all dead in one!? the thought tickled the Evil hand?s fancies. He liked the thought of two for the price of one. The Hand, kind and good-natured as it is, did not like it, and commanded the Evil Hand back to its abyss.

?Why must you hurt innocent Creatures and critters that have no idea you even exist until you make your presence? I will not stand for this, I will NOT? the Hand shouted, the Evil Hand paid no heed. ?I only want to help that poor little Akina, she knows she?s different, I?m just trying to ease it.? The Hand saw the corrupt ways of the Evil Hand, though, and would not fall to trickery.

Quickly, the Hand rushed over to Aquatilis, to do all that it could to stop the Evil Hand, but it was too late. The Evil Hand had already connected a pump with a very large water-proof bag to the Aquatilis water, and was slowly draining it, which would expose the whole area to pure oxygen, causing the Shrimp to die and feed Akina. Already 15 feet of water had been drained. What could the Hand do? It searched for the end of the pump, hoping that it could pour the water back in, but alas, it was in vain. But it thought of something else.

As fast as it could, it rushed back to the Meso, grabbed a few hundred Stingers, put them in the Inventory, and hurried back to Aquatilis. There was only a few feet of water left, a lot of the Shrimp and other critters had died out, and the few that were left were huddled at the bottom. The Hand released the Stingers right where the bag was. As the Hand hoped, the Stingers thought the bag was an enemy and started to sting it, letting out all of the water back into Aquatilis, the critters were saved!

The rush of water was so great, that the Evil Hand was swept away, but this did not fully get rid of it, just kept it quiet for a few years.

Akina continued to eat detritus, and was finally accepted by the other Aqua Norns, and lived a long, peaceful, happy and healthy life.
