@spykkie I've attempted to make some, and stopped very early on. It's alot of work and I'm obsessive about getting them correct. I've never even made proper concept art. I'd have to learn alot about that to actually make them. I once attempted a breed that crossed different traits from all official breeds (non-mall). It was okay. I stopped when I couldn't give it ettin eyes like I wanted in a way that could be consistent. And that was only one head sprite. Your lack of time is understandable. It IS painstaking. Especially those head sprites. |

Unfortunately, Aqualbia's down at the moment and has probably been down for a while.  Even worse, I keep getting "Forbidden" errors when trying to access the place through Wayback Machine, so I can't see if the mascot image got archived or not. I do remember that it was pretty much a blue, earless bengal norn with a shark tail, with the markings on the shark tail matching that of the norn's natural bengal norn sprites. I think Marcus K. made the mascot though, and if I remember correctly he's still somewhat active in the community. I could ask him if he has the image backed up somewhere. @Rat-tailed: yes they are, the head sprites are really demoralizing to make; what was it now, over 120 images? I did it once for the Undines, I did my time. Look in your "Creatures 3/Images" folder. The image file for the rainbow sharklings is named "shark.c16." Risen Angel's Creatures Blog |

@spykkie speaking about rainbow sharks.. what about basing norns on ecology? Insect norns! Taking direct sprite from said creatures, and patching them up for creaturehood. I'll try it for the heck of it. |
