The Swamp Snappers are a strange purple type of Draconian. They can live in any environment, even underwater, as long as they have one other creature with them; if they are alone for too long, they will die. They like to swarm around other creatures, so you'll often see them swarming around each other. They also like to hunt Grendels, gaining protein from hitting them as well. It is said, in the ancient tales, that the worst punishment a Grendel could receive for a crime is to be thrown into a swamp with hungry Swamp Snappers. They enjoy wet, warm swampy environments and are slightly more resistant to toxins from a younger age than their fellows. They also age slightly faster, though they still have longer lifespans than a normal Norn. Males are almost completely purple in color, females are dark green with a purple frill.
