She was much more like a dragonchi in behavior and personality than any grendelchi. While she didn't have her grandfather's lack of morals, she wasn't particularly friendly either. Her favorite pastime was hunting; something she was extremely good at. She hoped to find a pack one day to hunt every sort of prey there was. She never did manage to find one, much less assemble one. What she did do was raise a small family with a fellow grendelchi named Hot Topic. Her daughter hatched while she was still alive, and Eocarcharia did her best to teach young Twinkle everything she knew. When it finally came time for her to pass on, she did so feeling satisfied with her lot in life. Her unusual name was derived from Eocarcharia, a theropod dinosaur from the early Cretaceous, and means "dawn shark." It was fitting for her hunting skills, but didn't quite match her midnight black coloration. |

After thinking about it some more, I've decided against it. I'd rather not breed Eocarcharia with someone that closely related to her. My apologies. Maybe check with Mia or Hawk's girl? As of this typing they're both unclaimed, and their owners are active enough to take care of them. | |||||||||||||||||||

I'm a little iffy on that. They're related, if the sharing the same surname is any indication. Furthermore, they're both part of the same branch of the bloodline. While it's not an overly close relation, it's enough to give me pause. On the other hand, the bloodline as a whole just took a major hit as a certain two people adopted members of it and left them to die, making it even more important that the remainder find mates. On top of that, Glarung and Eocarcharia would probably make pretty babies as well. For now I'm going to wait and see if any better options show up, but don't consider this a definite no. If I don't find someone else in...about a week, then I'll take you up on it. | |||||||||||||||||||

I was expecting an aqua grendelchi with blue stripes and even named Eocarcharia accordingly, but she's black with black stripes. Not that I object to this turn of events. There's been a lot of unexpected mutations lately; I'm wondering if there's a Heavy Metals epidemic going around or something. | |||||||||||||||||||
