I really want to get Creatures: The Albian Years from Steam but idk if it will run on my laptop (Lenovo Legion 5 16IAX10) even tho I think the processor is good enough (settings says the processor is an Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 9 275HX (2.70 GHz)) I'm js scared to buy it bc I've spent money on older games before that ended up not working on my computer & I don't wanna waste my money again </3 I've looked around the internet and didn't find rly any clear answers so I'm turning to this forum for some help if anyone has the same laptop or knows literally anything abt computers & can give me an answer it would be greatly appreciated!! <3 |

i dont see why it wouldnt run. Only thing really to make sure of is going directly to the main file located in its main folders. Right click Creatures in your Steam library,click manage then click Browse Local Files. In the Creatures 1 folder you want to locate Launcher.exe, right click and click properties then enable 16 color mode, in the Creatures 2 folder you wanna locate Creatures 2.exe . Same thing for similar circumstances, just make sure you hit apply so you dont ever have to go back to the settings to change it again, overall, its an old game, it can run on just about anything. i ran this game on a Spin-111 Acer Aspire. That thing was my goto for this game XD |
