I am attempting to use the CAOS Tool. I have entered the registration key successfully and installed the program. However when I launch it, I get the error message "CAOS could not find a default game entry in the system registry. Please install and run a Creatures Engine game before using the CAOS Tool." Does anyone know anything about this error message? I am running a GOG install. Poking around my registry doesn't seem to reveal too many clues. |

I found the solution. I'll post here in case someone else googles the error message. Simply install the Creatures Remastered Patch by Don: https://creatures.wiki/Creatures_Remastered_Patch |
