My favorite female Norn, Vira, has a stuck pregnacy! She just wont lay her egg! I've tried all I could think of, but none of that worked!  Do you guys have any suggestions on to what I can do/use to help poor Vira? What I've tried is as follows:1. I raised the breeding limit up. 2. I used the CAOS code targ norn chem 48 1 that's supposed to force females to lay their egg. 3. I moved her to a new world with no other soul in it. Please help! Vira has a genetic glitch that causes her pain whenever pregnant! I hate seeing her in pain.  Hawksight  |

To ettinlogic: She's in Docking Station. To ElasticMuffin: I quadruple checked before I did that CAOS trick. And what's worse the code caused her pain. (I tried it 5 times -- nothing happened)...and what do you mean "Post her so that people can take a look."? Hawksight |

I don't know how to post up adoptions (otherwise there'd be 50 new ones). I'll try to google the DDNA Bank, but can I get the steps on how to post up Vira in the adoption center? Vira means a lot to me... Hawksight |

To upload a norn to CC.com, go to http://creaturescaves.com/adoption.php?action=Post and follow the instructions. Put her name in, fill out her stats, then upload a jpg picture of her and a zip file containing her. TCR is a bit easier to upload to, because at TCR they choose the photos for you. My TCR Norns |

The problem is that when you use the Eggernator it doesn't record the egg as having been laid in the mother's history. It's completely fail-proof though! The so-called "CAOS trick" only pushes up the progesterone to maximum- if the instinct gene that is supposed to make them lay the egg is broken, then it won't work. For nearly fail-proof results without the Eggernator, isolate her, push up her progesterone, tell her to "drop," then use the DDNA bank to force her to lay it. Most of the problems I experience are norns not holding still long enough to lay, hence the "drop" command. |
