Code Writer seems to be a text editor for Windows? In theory, you should be able to: particularly if you've already got Code Writer installed.
There are a few different parts to an object: the CAOS code (held in a COS file), the images (held in a C16 sprite file), instructions for the object injector (PRAY, usually held in a .txt file), and other, less essential parts, such as sounds (WAV), and help files (CATALOGUE).
You write the CAOS code in Code Writer, save it as a .COS file, and then put it in a folder with any sounds or sprites that your object needs, and the instructions for the object injector. Then you can drag and drop the instructions for the object injector onto Jagent and you're done.
Have you had a chance to look at any of the tutorials I recommended to you in your last thread?

You can, but you'd be better off using a text editor with a definition file for CAOS, like notepad++. You won't have access to any of the autocompletion or other benefits this program would otherwise provide you.
CAOS is simple enough it doesn't matter that much though. Better to just start writing it with whatever's available than agonize over tool. |
