The fainting mechanic from Creatures 2, now in Docking Station. Now, when a creature falters, they will fall unconscious and stars will spin around their head until they either die or are woken up with a glucose injection from the included syringe or from another source. (You may not want to use this with creatures prone to faltering when mildly inconvenienced.)

When the agent is removed, all comatose creatures will wake up and standard falter functionality will return.
