Geode is a handsome purple Grendelchi. He is proud of his bold green stripes and the way his black eyes shine. He likes Jungle Grapes, because they have his colors, so he hangs out near them - but he dislikes the mosquitos, and is always swatting them and grumbling, even though his scales mostly protect him from their bites. He has a long, proud family heritage. He looks forward to reciting the stories of their ancestors to his daughter when she hatches. He is anxiously protective of his little family, always worrying about his wife, Kyoko, and their daughter. Geode is normally even-tempered, but becomes aggressive when strangers get too close to his wife and/or child, due to his fear of losing them. Of course, the reality is that Kyoko, as a grown female Grendel, has no need of his protection, but that doesn't stop him from fretting. (My 10th Creatchi!)

Geode wasn't feeling well. But he's okay now.

Weird. I still see more blue. Could be either color bleed from the surrounding purple, confusing my eyes, or else my monitor is being lame and distorting the color, which is a frequent issue for me. Annoying! (I do hope it looks green to me when he gets bigger, though - I like that purple and green color combo)

I see more of a light blue, but TBH, I have excellent color vision, but with such a small image it's very difficult to be sure. Especially because colors are influenced by the colors around them. I suspect he probably got his mother's grayish stripes, but we'll see when he's bigger! BTW, so glad you got a red - red is my favorite 'basic' Grendelchi color.

They're a power couple now lol
