I was trying to upload and use a new avatar since my current one is outdated to represent me!
It doesnt change my icon successfully and spews me this error

Also apparently it uses my new icon in forums now but nowhere else I look? My cache has been cleared

I had a similar problem a while back. I was told to use CTRL+R to refresh any page with the old avatar on, which did the trick for me, so that's my suggestion.
I cannot vouch for the error messages, though. They've been popping up sporadically throughout the site these last few months and seem to just be a nuisance more than anything.

That's a warning, not an error. It appears because debug mode was never turned off. You can safely ignore it and proceed as normal. Pressing CTRL+R to refresh the avatar as suggested should work. |
