I am sorry to announce to everyone that I will not be able to continue working on Albian Regenesis due to constant problems with mapping the world-wrap segment of the map, I've been stuck trying to get it to not look really misaligned and awkward (It has to be mostly the same as the other worldwrap segment across the map) for multiple long weeks now and I haven't been getting anywhere with it.
I've messaged Bifrost with the details and the current map file, anyone willing to take over the mapping for the worldwrap segments is more than welcome to ask him.

I leave you all with the progress, the map is nearly finished!

Well, maybe it'd be best to just drop the world wrap? It's extremely resource intensive anyway and I decided the effect wasn't worth it for the map I'm working on, personally.

Conclude with killer catchphrase.

Sorry I missed this so long ago. x.x When I got ahold of a working flying agent. XD I've been fussing with one made by Grendel Man for the past few months and it's really nice but he's not ready to let it go public yet so I've been holding the flyers in reserve until Grendel Man is ready to release his flying agent since it's so much better than the older one.

Yeah It might be best to simply drop the world wrap and carry on with other stuff, at least until you or somebody else can get it sorted.

Thank you so much for the tremendous efforts! Wrapped or not, I believe we're ready for the next step now, which should be lifts and foreground graphics.

Update: Right now, the map is close to completion. There is no wrapping, no foreground images, and no lifts or other environment. But perhaps we'll be able to get out an early test version for the CCSF after all.

After an intense fights with codes, injection (and subsequent rejection), with the engine, the map editor and whatnot, I've come to the conclusion that I don't possess the sufficient skills to turn this into a playable room. The world is ready for testing, though; all that's needed is an injectable agent, and Albian ReGenesis is ready for it's very first testing stages.

So, I ask here if there are anyone here that could make the agent for the alpha version of this world. If this is something you can see yourself doing, send me a pm, and I'll send you a link to the necessary files.

A slight update:

The Purple Temple mountain, with its system of caves has been mapped as well now, and is meant to be a part of Albian ReGenesis (though the path between the main world and the mountain hasn't been made yet).

Still I'm not getting this metaroom into the game either, and I'm still in need of someone to help make the agents out of these rooms. I've contacted Moe about the wrapping of the main world, but he hasn't been here in the Creatures Caves for a while.

If you're interested in trying it out, send me a pm, and I'll send you a link with the maps; perhaps the injection from the Map Editor works for you, and you'll at least have a chance at trying the world(s) out.

This is a really cool idea and nice work on the backgrounds! I'm hoping someone is able to help you but It's big project and I can see why no one has stepped forward as of yet.

Would love to do something similar in reverse making the C1 world larger but I'm pretty sure it's hardcoded. :/

Well, right now, the size of the world shouldn't be an obstacle, really. I suspect I've got some issues with my DS that messes up when I try installing the world(s), but hopefully, anyone who knows how to turn a metaroom into an agent should be able to do so with this as well (I hope and believe).

I can't help with the world wrapping as I've never done that before... but I'm wondering what problems you're having injecting this metaroom? Apologies if you mentioned this somewhere, I must have missed it. Just thinking that some of my metarooms have been fairly big, so I might know or be able to think of a solution for whatever problem you're having? Is there a specific error you get, does it just crash, etc.?

I posted in the Help forum earlier, where I described this error:

from trying to inject the room through the Map Editor, and when trying to inject it as an agent, I got this:

Sorry, the injection of this agent failed. Please contact the author for further assistance.

I suspect there may be a flaw in my DS. I've tried to uninstall and reinstall it, but to no luck.

This looks amazing, I hope this project as not eben abandoned.

I like most everything about he map, I assume you'll add animated windmill blades and seasonal branches for the trees, but:

why is half the lighthouse up a tree? It looks out of place

Other than that, it's supergreat, and I hope you finish it, or at least release what you have.

From what I remember I did some mapping for this and found myself a bit in over my head with just how ludicrously big the background turned out to be, gave up at like 90% map completion while stressing over the world borders, Bifrost made some expansion background for the purple temple metaroom and as to my knowledge no agents were ever made.

I'm pretty sure the project has been completely abandoned at this point.
