welcome! this is where you can tel yourlittle norn happenings, true storyies of some weird things your norns said oer done.
i would prefer c3/ds norns because then i would know what you might be talking about.

my harliquin Gobnut said 'eat bab'. apparently he didnt learn english well.i aasked 'whats bab'?
he took a very happy face, stared at me, and said 'right' while giggleing. weird! he is from a long line of mine. it my be a joke he played or he responded to the word 'whats'.

I was gene-splicing a few norns in a very old C2 world I was trying to clean out. I had the resulting baby up in the incubator room and was trying to teach him to talk (I don't have the Blueberry cheat activated yet, so I have to teach him one word at a time right now >_< ). He wandered over to a patch of mushroom and ate at it, so I rewarded him.

Next thing I know, he starts eating the mushroom and then dancing around the room, chattering, "(NAME) get cece!" Which is, of course, butchered English/Nornish for "(Norn) get yes!" I took a look at him and realized one of his "parents" had come from a long line of norns who do the exact same thing.

I'm not sure what "gene" causes it, or even if it's a gene at all and not just some huge coincidence, but I have a whole family of norns who teach themselves to dance around and say "get yes" when they've done something they've been taught is good. I can't tell if they're fishing for a reward from me or if they're actually rewarding themselves (now there's a scary thought), but the trait's almost synonymous with one line in particular.

You have to be honest with yourself when you are writing. If that leads to somewhere unexpected then perhaps you really needed to go there.

Who knows? Maybe they are expressing their joy for doing something right. ;)

I have told this story many times, and I hope people are not to tired of it:

One day, I was playing in Eydnn (a third party creatures game, with the same norn types as in docking station and C3) And one of my norns had quadruplits. A while later, one was being it, and it said "I am being hit by (norn name)". It happened two times later!

Unfortunatly, they had a disablity where they were unable to breathe on their own. So they were gone soon. :'(

Do not upset the ugly worm, lest it be a dragon in disguise. (>oo)>

wow! you probobly seen my Haze topic.

and your norns, officer-IBDI, dancing and saying yes. i like listaning to a band from the 70s called Yes. perhaps they were listenig to an imaginary ipod playing Yes songs, or they hated the band and wanted to hit them to death. or they wanted to listen to their music.;)

one day in my DS world, i saw my troublemaker walk up to a norn and hit it several times. i moved him away and spanked him. then my bored bruin said he was bored. the evil norn said may be hit Herla. Herla was th esad hit norn. evil norn walked with Bruin to the norn and started hitting it. WOW! i thought. they are ganging up on her. bruin, after a few hits, got a sad face and walked away, but first hitting the evil norn. Herla ran away while evil norn chased Bruin. i calmed evil norn and sent him to live with my Gren/norns.
Apparently Evil tried to take Bruin as a apprentice to destroy Herla.Bruin didnt want to, and attacked Evil.Wow!!!!!!! these norns are smart!
