The octet in this file was created to test out a thought experiment posed by ccaves user jdownie-

"If you had two genetic breeds, where one got fear from going down and comfort from going up and the other got comfort from going down and fear from going up, if you put them in a multi-level environment (anywhere with lifts), how quickly would the two breeds split up and only mate with their own kind?"

All of the creatures in this pack are colortrue norns (even the ones that look like grendels), so they are genetically compatible with other colortrue creatures. The ones that look like norns, to fit with the quote, gain comfort from going up and fear from going down. The ones that look like grendels are quite the opposite. Otherwise, the two are genetically identical.

I chose the vastly different appearances to easily tell the two breeds apart and identify half-breeds for the sake of the experiment.

Of course, you could use these creatures for any purpose you see fit. If you choose to do the experiment, and want a control group, I would suggest using the original, unmodified colortrue norns, or some CFE breed.
